老茎生花（结果）现象：这是植物在进化中逐渐适应生活环境而形成的生物现象。热带雨林物种特别多，处于中、下层的树木不能与上层植物争夺阳光，无法让鲜花高占枝头，它们把花朵开在老枝和树干上，那里比较空旷，花朵更容易被昆虫发现和光顾，这样获得授粉的机会较多，有利于繁衍后代。
Blossoms/Fruits on Old Stems: It is a biological phenomenon formed by plants gradually adapting to their living environment during evolution. There are numerous species in tropical rainforests. Trees in the middle and lower layers fail to compete with the upper-layer plants for sunlight. Therefore, flowers bloom on old branches and trunks, where there are relatively empty. In this way, flowers are easier to be found by insects, thus bringing more opportunities for pollination and reproduction.
