昔宜位于漫湾镇西北部，距镇政府驻地40公里，昔宜村是临沧市“北大门的第一村”，是省级旅游扶贫示范村，地处省城联结临沧高等级公路的咽喉要道，位于“百里长湖”核心区域。境内海拔994米至2834米，属亚热带气候，干湿季分明，立体气候明显，年平均气温25℃，年降雨量1030毫米，年均蒸发量1266.8毫米，年相对湿度80.5%。
全村国土面积57.5平方千米，辖26个村民小组。昔宜澜沧江跨江大桥，是一道美丽的“高峡飞虹”，连接了临沧市云县和大理州南涧县。在这里乘船向上可达小湾电站，向下可达漫湾电站、大朝山电站。坐船顺流而下，两岸景色如画，古木参天，藤条如林；逆流而上，两岸悬崖峭壁，奇峰异石，如鸟似兽。湖面如镜，蓝天、白云、青山、人影倒映水中，相映生辉，如诗如画，无不让人如痴如醉。
澜沧江沿线依次分布着澜沧江大峡谷、云海山庄、忙怀新石器遗址、朝山寺、滇缅铁路遗址、民族风情村、电站景观等景点。在昔宜不但可以游“百里长湖”，赏秀美风光，也可玩沙滩摩托，摘优质水果，每年国庆期间，还可以参加旅游文化节，观看布朗族蜂桶鼓舞和彝族打歌表演，累了就品尝叶子鱼、镜鲤鱼、花鲢鱼等澜沧江生态江鱼和凉粉、粑粑等特色小吃。昔宜是野生江鱼最好吃的地方。
Xiyi Village is located in the northwest of Manwan Town, 40 kilometers away from the town government. Xiyi Village is the "First Village in the North Gate" of Lincang City and a provincial-level poverty alleviation demonstration village. It is located on the high-grade highway connecting the provincial city to Lincang. The main travel hub is located in the core area of the "Hundred Mile Lake". The area has an altitude of 994 meters to 2834 meters. It has a subtropical climate, with distinct dry and wet seasons and obvious three-dimensional climate depending on elevation. The annual average temperature is 25°C, the annual rainfall is 1,030 mm, the average annual evaporation is 1266.8 mm, and the annual relative humidity is 80.5%. The village covers an area of 57.5 square kilometers and governs 26 villager groups. Xiyi Village is located in the core area of the Manwan Power Station Reservoir Area of the "Hundred Mile Lake". The Xiyi Lancang River Crossing Bridge is a beautiful "High Gorge Flying Rainbow", connecting Yun County of Lincang City and Nanjian County of Dali Prefecture. From here, you can reach the Xiaowan Power Station by boat, and the Manwan Power Station and Dachaoshan Power Station. Taking a boat down the river, the scenery on both sides of the river is picturesque, with towering ancient trees and vines like forests; upstream, the cliffs on both sides of the river have strange peaks and rocks, like birds and beasts. The lake surface is like a mirror, the blue sky, white clouds, green mountains, and people's shadows reflected in the water, reflecting each other's brilliance, poetic and picturesque, and all people are intoxicated. Along the Lancang River, there are scenic spots such as the Lancang River Grand Canyon, Yunhai Villa, Manhuai Neolithic Site, Chaoshan Temple, Yunnan-Burma Railway Site, Ethnic Village, and Power Station Landscape. In Xiyi, not only can you visit the "Hundred Mile Lake" and enjoy the beautiful scenery, you can also ride beach motorcycles, participate in water sports, and pick high-quality fruits such as mangoes, passion fruit, citrus, and big vine grapes. You can also participate in the tourism and cultural festival, watch the Blang bee drum drum dance and Yi people's singing performances, and taste the Lancang River ecological river fish such as leaf fish, mirror carp, and silver carp as well as special snacks such as jelly and baba (a delicious local food).Xiyi is the best place to eat wild river fish.
